Gourmet salad Nicoise with fine tuna fillet TRATA
    Ingredients
  • 2 Cans FINE TUNA FILLET ΤRΑΤΑ
  • ½ kg Fresh green beans
  • 2 Eggs
  • 10 Kalamata olives
  • Caper
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 150ml Olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:10', Cooking Time 25'

Boil water in a pot and add the green beans. Boil for 5 minutes and run tap water over the green beans to cool them. Put the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with water. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and put over medium heat. Boil for 8 minutes. Run tap water over the eggs to cool them. Serve the salad with the vegetables, olives, caper and the FINE TUNA FILLET TRATA. Dress with sauce.
