Anchovies TRATA on ice with lemon, cherry tomatoes and fresh oregano
    Ingredients
  • 1 frozen pack of anchovies fillets TRATA on ice (400 gr)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp white wine
  • 16 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • fresh oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:15 minutes

Bring the anchovies to room temperature. Pre-heat oven at 180o C. Put the olive oil, the wine, the lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix. Put half of the mixture in a baking tray and lay the anchovies carefully. Add the remaining mixture, as well as the cherry tomatoes and the oregano. Bake for 12’ – 15’ until the fish have a nice crust. Serve with fresh salad.
