Anchovy meatball TRATA on ice
    Ingredients
  • 1 frozen pack of anchovies fillets TRATA on ice (400 gr)
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of all purpose flour – some flour for frying
  • 1 cup of breadcrumb
  • 100 gr finely chopped parsley
  • Cumin and cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • For the sauce
  • 400 ml chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:30 minutes

Prepare the sauce by boiling all ingredients at a low temperature until ready. In the mean time, prepare the meatballs, grinding all ingredients together. Set aside the flour and the breadcrumbs. Knead and set the mixture aside for 20΄ in the fridge. Form the meatballs and coat them with flour. Fry in a deep pan for 5΄. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 5΄. Serve immediately with fresh bread.
