Sardines TRATA on ice with Zucchini and White Wine
    Ingredients
  • 1 package of TRATA on ice Sardines fillets 400gr
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 8 small zucchini, cut in four pieces
  • 4 finely chopped green onions
  • 30 ml white wine
  • Finely chopped dill weed
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:15 minutes

Let the sardines reach room temperature. Place the olive oil, the green onions, and the salt in a frying pan and cook at a low temperature until the onions soften. Add the sardines, pour in the wine, and add the dill weed and the lemon. Cover and let cook for about 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
