Beet hummus with TRATA smoked tuna piquant
    Ingredients
  • 2 cans of TRATA smoked tuna piquant
  • 200g of cooked beets
  • 80g of whole grain tahini
  • 60 ml of lemon juice
  • 300g of boiled chick peas
  • 80 ml of water from boiling the chick peas
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 10g of cumin
  • 10g of smoked paprika
  • 5g of curry powder
  • Salt
  • Garnishes:
  • Fresh herbs, black sesame seeds, and olive oil

Dice the beets and puree them in a blender. Add the tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. Mash the chick peas with the water from their boiling and mix together with the beet puree.
