Baked potato salad with smoked tuna TRATA and sun-dried tomatoes
    Ingredients
  • 1 double package of TRATA smoked tuna
  • 600 gr of potatoes
  • Salt
  • For the sun-dried tomato sauce:
  • 200 gr sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 gr toasted almonds
  • 100 gr grated Graviera cheese
  • For serving:
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Fresh mint and dill weed
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:30 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut them in large slices. Boil them in plenty of salted water. When the potatoes are ready, remove them from the pan and drain them. Prepare the sun-dried tomato sauce. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until a firm paste forms. Pour the olive oil into a large skillet and heat to a high temperature. Add the potatoes and brown them. Add the sun-dried tomato sauce and onion and stir. Serve with the mint leaves, dill weed, and tuna on top.
