Fish & Chips with sardine fillet TRATA ON ICE
    Ingredients
  • 1 frozen package of Sardines Fillets TRATA on Ice 400gr
  • 300gr. Corn flour
  • Coarse salt
  • Olive oil
  • 6 Medium potatoes
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Put the corn flour and the sardines into a bowl. Mix well. Pour in olive oil (about 2 fingers) in a deep pan over high heat. When heated, add as many sardines fillet TRATA on ice so as to cover the bottom of the pan. Fry for 4-5 minutes. Take the sardines out of the pan and place on paper towel to drain oil. Add coarse salt. Repeat until all sardines fillet TRATA on ice are fried. Fry the potatoes in another pan and place on paper towel. Add coarse salt.
