Fresh Green Beans with TRATA Smoked Tuna, by Eleni Psyhouli
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of TRATA SMOKED TUNA, drained
  • 200 gr of peeled fresh green beans
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2-3 branches of dill weed, finely chopped
  • 2-3 branches of parsley, finely chopped
  • 3-4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • Zest from half a lemon
  • For the sauce:
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Boil salted water and cook the green beans for 5 minutes until they soften but do not break apart. Drain them. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Put the green beans, onion, dill weed, parsley, radishes, lemon zest, and TRATA SMOKED TUNA in a salad bowl. Add the sauce and mix carefully in order not to break up the tuna.
