Tuna burger with steamed vegetables
    Ingredients
  • 2 Cans smoked tuna TRATA
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100gr. Hardtack
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/3 Bunch spearmint
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2 Zucchinis
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1kg. Piny chicory
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:1 hour & 15 minutes

Chop the onion and the spearmint. Add the tuna (drained), the eggs and the remaining ingredients for the burger into a bowl and mix. Cover with a food wrap and freeze for 30 minutes. Shape the burger patties and fry in a grill pan on both sides for 12 minutes. Clean and wash the vegetables. Boil the piny chicory in salted water until ready. Strain and cool. Cut vegetables into squares and boil in turn the carrots, the zucchinis and the potatoes. Cool them and strain. Marinate the vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve in individual portions. * The burgers may be cooked in the oven at 160ºC for 25 min. ** The burgers may be given a kebab shape and be baked on grill or in oven.
