Orzo with TRATA Musky Octopus piquant
    Ingredients
  • 2 cans of TRATA musky octopus piquant
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 fresh green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 200 gr of medium-sized orzo
  • 250 gr of grated tomato
  • 400 ml of hot water
  • 1 cup of finely chopped parsley
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:35 minutes

Warm up the olive oil in a deep skillet, add the green onions and the diced onion and leave at low heat until they wilt and become clear in color. Add the orzo, stir slightly and then add the tomato. Add the hot water gradually until it is fully absorbed. Add the butter, parsley, and musky octopus. Stir slightly and serve right away. This is a favorite dish for both children and adults. Trata octopus makes cooking it child’s play. When serving, add raw olive oil and freshly ground pepper.
