Pasta with Octopus TRATA
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of TRATA octopus with vinegar in olive oil
  • 500 gr of linguini
  • 50 gr of dill weed
  • 50 gr of mint
  • 50 gr of parsley
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:30 minutes

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Finely chop the herbs, garlic, and green onions. Mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl. Open the can of octopus and drain it, pouring its oil into the bowl. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, green onions, garlic, and herbs. When the pasta is ready, remove it from the pan and move to the bowl using a spaghetti server, without draining. Mix and divide into portions. Serve with the octopus on top.
