Salad bowl with carrots, bulgur wheat and smoked tuna TRATA
    Ingredients
  • 2 cans of TRATA smoked tuna
  • 100 gr of bulgur wheat
  • 200 gr of carrots
  • 12 radishes
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 12 olives
  • For the dressing
  • 30 ml of red wine vinegar
  • 30 ml of oil from the tuna can
  • 60 ml of olive oil
  • 20 ml of spicy mustard
  • Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:35 minutes

Place the bulgur wheat in a large bowl. Add 200 ml of very hot water and let stand for about 15 minutes until the bulgur wheat has softened. Wash the carrots and peel them. Use a special tool to cut them into very thin strips. Clean the radishes and cut them into quarters. Peel the pomegranate and remove its seeds. In a glass jar, mix together the olive oil, the mustard, and the vinegar to form a creamy sauce. Serve the bulgur wheat, the vegetables, the olives, the dressing, and the tuna in a serving dish or in 4 plates. Serve with the smoked tuna on top.
