Salad with bulgur, avocado and sardines TRATA
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of TRATA sardines in olive oil
  • 200 g coarse bulgur wheat
  • 400 g boiled water
  • 2 lemons
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 green onion
  • 100 g fennel
  • 100 g dill
  • 50 g black sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Place the bulgur wheat in a bowl and add the water. Leave for 15 minutes until all the water is absorbed. Drain the bulgur in a strainer and press to remove all water. Squeeze the lemons into a bowl, add the olive oil, salt and pepper and stir. Add half of this mixture to the bulgur. Dice the tomatoes. Peel and dice the avocado. Finely chop the green onion and the herbs. Mix with the rest of the olive oil and lemon. Serve the bulgur with the avocado and tomato, black sesame seeds and some TRATA sardines on top.
