Smoked tuna dip with roasted bread
    Ingredients
  • 2 packs (160 g) smoked tuna TRATA
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 whole garlic clove
  • 100 g cucumber pickles
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 30 g dill, finely chopped
  • 100 g corn, boiled
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 30 g mustard
  • 100 g low-fat (2%) Greek yogurt
  • 4 drops soya sauce
  • For serving:
  • Rocket
  • Cucumber, julienned
PREPARATION
Preparation Time: 25’

Open the cans of tuna and save the oil. Place the baguette slices on a single layer in a baking sheet and brush them evenly with the tuna oil. Bake until lightly toasted. When ready rub one side of each bread slice with cut sides of garlic. Prepare the dip. In a bowl, place the cucumber pickles, onion, dill and corn and mix. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt and soya sauce in another bowl until even in color. Combine contents of the two bowls, add the tuna and mix. Serve with vegetables and toasted bread on the side.
