Spaghetti with smoked tuna TRATA, olives and pepper sauce
    Ingredients
  • 1 double package of TRATA smoked tuna 500 gr of pasta
  • For the sauce:
  • 200 gr of roasted red peppers
  • 50 gr olives
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 gr finely chopped dill weed
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • For serving:
  • The zest from 1 lemon
  • Olives
  • Dill weed
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:30 minutes

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Prepare the sauce. Mix the peppers, olives, garlic, and dill weed in a blender. Add the olive oil and vinegar. Use salt and pepper to correct the taste. Strain the pasta when ready. Mix together with the sauce. Serve with the tuna on top, garnished with lemon zest and dill weed.
