Spaghetti with Spinach, Dill Weed, and TRATA Smoked Tuna by Eleni Psyhouli
    Ingredients
  • 2 cans of TRATA smoked tuna, drained
  • 1 packet of spaghetti
  • 500 gr of spinach
  • 5 fresh green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • ½ bunch of dill weed, finely chopped
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:10 minutes

Boil the pasta. In the meantime, prepare the salad. In a large frying pan, use a small amount of olive oil to sauté the green onions until they wilt. Add the spinach and salt, stir for about 1 minute, until the spinach loses its volume and absorbs the water. Add the pasta, dill weed, and lemon juice. Mix well and add the tuna. Serve with freshly ground pepper. Tip: Instead of spaghetti, use whichever type of pasta you like.
