Spaghetti with TRATA Smoked Tuna
    Ingredients
  • 2 cans of TRATA smoked tuna
  • Spaghetti
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 200 gr of peas
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:10 minutes. Cooking Time: 20 minutes

SERVES 4 Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 2-3 minutes less than the time written on the packet. At the same time, boil the peas for 4-5 minutes and cut the garlic into thin slices. Warm the olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the garlic until it blackens slightly and add the red pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt and sauté for a few more seconds. Move the spaghetti straight from its pan into the skillet (using a large fork), add the peas and smoked tuna, and stir. Serve with freshly ground pepper.
