Trata on Ice Anchovies with Pesto Sauce
    Ingredients
  • 1 package of Trata on Ice anchovies 400 gr
  • 200 gr basil
  • 150 gr peanuts
  • 50 gr pine nuts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:20 minutes

Allow the anchovies to reach room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180º C. Use a knife to finely chop the basil, the nuts, and the garlic. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mix. Spread the anchovy fillets out on a baking dish and spoon the pesto sauce onto them. Bake at 180º C for 15 minutes.
