Tuna meatballs and noodles
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of smoked tuna TRATA
  • 4 portions of egg noodles
  • 200 gr quinoa
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 100 gr finely chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gr self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 30 gr olive oil for noodles
  • 100 gr olive oil for frying
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:30 minutes

Rinse quinoa and then boil in 500 gr water until it begins to pop open. Do not boil for too long. Strain and let cool. Mix the quinoa, the tuna, the onions, parsley, flour and curry in a bowl until the dough is firm. More flour may be needed. Leave the dough for 10 minutes in the fridge. Mold the meatballs. Cook noodles according to instructions. Strain, add oil and leave until meatballs are ready. Heat the oil in a deep pan. Fry the meatballs on each side for 3 minutes. Serve noodles with the hot meatballs.
