Salad with lentil, smoked tuna TRATA and katiki cheese
    Ingredients
  • 1 can of smoked tuna TRATA
  • 300 gr. lentils
  • 100 gr. katiki cheese
  • 4 finely chopped red peppers
  • 2 finely chopped green onions
  • 100 gr. finely chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
PREPARATION
Preparation Time:30 minutes

Boil lentils in plenty of water until softened but not mushy. Prepare the sauce. Add mustard, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a jar and mix until you have a creamy sauce. When the lentils are ready, drain them and let them cool. Mix in a bowl the peppers, green onions, dill, lentils and the sauce. Add cheese and tuna.
